The event is a follow up of the 2017 Farmer-Stevenson Report, Thriving at Work, and will focus on wellbeing within the construction industry, with the biggest construction companies in the UK in attendance.
We are very pleased to be able to attend this event, but there is still a lot of work to be done. Positive change must begin at the top, and we are still on a mission to bring greater emotional intelligence to the corporate world. Only once the principles of long-term optimal performance and wellbeing are understood by leadership can real change begin to occur.
We are excited about this opportunity to spark real change in an industry which often overlooks employee mental wellbeing, It will also give us the chance to show that Mind5 has big goals and means business.
