Mind5® uses sports and physical training to create everlasting learning experiences and improve self-awareness and self-management skills.
We have trained many different people (through B2B workshops, group training and one-on-one coaching), varying from executives, entrepreneurs, trainees, students, teens, teachers, caregivers, therapists, cancer patients, people suffering from chronic stress complaints and elite athletes to trainers and coaches.
