is a unique method and was developed by our founder, Roelien Piron, in The Netherlands.
Our programs are based on theories from several scientific disciplines such as sports and social psychology, sociology, neuroscience, leadership studies, human movement sciences and sports coaching.

As human beings, we’re not wired to embrace change. We naturally seek comfort and safety, and our internal system prevents us from changing too many things at the same time.

Behavioral and societal transformations often come with stress, as they require us to think outside of the box, step out of the comfort zone, and deal with uncertainty. 

These stressful moments are crucial - they’re the points at which we fall back into old patterns of behavior and seek safety. 

But once you learn to take ownership of your own patterns of behavioral change, complex projects will become a lot easier.

We use a practice-based program to create long-lasting learning experiences. 

We use experiential learning to create experiences that are attached to an emotion, in order to create long-lasting impact. 
Since developing our method, we have trained 1,000s of different people - from corporate leaders, to elite sports trainers, teachers, coaches, therapists and people suffering from burnout.
