Experiential learning is at the core of everything we do. Our unique approach combines physical training, reflection, visualization and personal interaction. Our self-developed learning cycle makes it possible to gain access to the unconscious mind before identifying and reforming your unconscious patterns of behaviour.

We use a practice-based program to create long-lasting learning experiences. We use experiential learning to create experiences that are attached to an emotion, in order to create long-lasting impact. 
Optimal Performance Leader 3.0 Program
Our Optimal Performance Leader 3.0 Program is developed for individuals and organizations who want to find an optimal balance between performance and wellbeing. This will help you to understand human behavior better so that you can prepare yourself and others for impactful change and find optimal performance levels.
We have created a high quality online program with 7 chapters and 35 modules, based on innumerable hours of face-face coaching.

You will receive 4 individual coaching sessions. We will become your personal sparring partner. We will discuss your own goals and challenges, guide you through the process and help you stay focussed, even when facing the stress that comes with change.

We even challenge you to do sports exercises to get access to your unconscious mind. In the program, we combine physical exercises with inspiring videos, reflections, action items and tricks and tips that you can implement directly into daily life.
