for the Mind5® Optimal Performance Leader Program
Mind5® is looking for independent sales reps who want to sell the Mind5® Optimal Performance Leader Program within their network.
You are an empathetic and authentic salesperson. You connect easily with people and you are genuinely interested. We help you to find your ideal target group and create your sales pitch and your unique sales scripts. You can work from any place across the globe and you can choose your own availability. You are free to contact people from any country you like.
You will receive 1000 euros (ex VAT) for every program sold.
Who are your ideal clients?
Mind5® offers a leadership and business development program for changemakers; people who use their unique talents to realize long-lasting impactful change. These people are self-aware and goal-oriented and like to connect with others. These people act out of strength and choose Mind5® because they want to take the next step in their personal development as a leader, trainer, consultant, or coach.
As a sales rep, we recommend that you choose a niche that suits you. Because you already have a network, because you have experience within this niche, or because you generally connect very easily with this target group.

How does it work?
Each sales rep follows the Optimal Performance Leader Program. You can already start selling during your enrolment.
After completion, you can follow a number of follow-up programs. For example, if you also have the ambition to join us as a preferred Mind5® coach. We will help you develop your coaching skills too.
Step 1: Explore and learn as Optimal Performance Leader (OPL) in training
You will be taking part in the Optimal Performance Leader Program to become a licensed Mind5® Optimal Performance Leader.
Discover your unique talents and ideal clients. Find out more about your unconscious patterns and learn how to really connect with people (including your prospects).
During the one-on-one coaching sessions, we will also focus on your personal branding, marketing, and sales strategy. After starting the program you can sell Mind5® on a commission basis. Without extra costs or franchise fees.
Duration: Varying from 6 - 24 months
Investment: 3500 euros ex VAT
Step 2: Collaborate as licensed OPL
Combine sales with optimal performance coaching
Do you want to become a successful coach or trainer and use the sporty Mind5® exercises to create a unique experience for your clients? Then you can follow an additional trajectory, where we learn all the tricks of the trade.
We will train you to become an OPL coach. Did you know that there are many similarities between authentic sales and coaching? It’s about connecting, listening, asking the right questions and discovering where the customer wants to go, and then providing the right solution.
The videos in the OPL program will help people become conscious of their unconscious behavior. You are there to guide, support, and coach them. Our founder Roelien will guide you personally to become a succesful coach or trainer.
Duration: Varying from 6 - 12 months
Investment: Starting from 2750 euros ex VAT
Step 3: Co-create as preferred Mind5® sales coach
Would you like to work with us as a preferred sales rep, one of our sales coaches or sales agent?
Let’s talk. We can hire you as a preferred sales coach. This means that you will help the licensed OPLs with their sales strategy. Or you will train new salespeople.
Duration: As long as possible. We are in it for the long run :)
